Blood Tests

We are delighted to announce that we provide our own in house Phlebotomy Service, which you can book via the reception team.

Below are the available times for our surgeries:

Monday - Friday

8:15am - 17:15pm

Saturday (Knowle Surgery ONLY)

9:00am - 5.00pm

Getting the Results

If results are "normal" you will be notified by text message. In any other case or where SMS messaging is not available, to obtain your results please telephone the surgery on 0121 796 2777 after 2:00pm. Please be prepared to identify yourself, saying what the test was and when it was carried out.

We cannot always give full results over the phone. If the result requires further discussion, we will offer you an appointment. Due to our confidentiality and data protection policies, we will only give results to the person who has had the test.
